DELIVERY
We use a number of different couriers to ensure your item is received quickly and efficiently - generally Royal Mail however if your item is large or heavy we will often choose DPD. If, after your item has been dispatched, you don't receive tracking information please let us know and we will let you know when to expect it. If you require your item on or by a specific date, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to help.
INTERNATIONAL
We can ship internationally. If you have any problems at checkout just let us know and we’ll get straight back to you. Please be aware that you may incurr taxes, import duties or charges when your item arrives at its destination and that these are the responsibility of the receiver.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know by email. If agreed, we will ask you to send your item(s) to us - they should be unused and within the original packaging, with proof of purchase. We must receive the item(s) within 14 days of the date they were delivered to you, and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. For hygiene reasons this does not include skincare or fragrance. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail or courier, so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover, especially when returning valuable products. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and as such we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Any items not collected from the shipper which are subsequently returned to us will be automatically refunded, however we will deduct the return fee and a 10% restocking fee from the refund.
Sale items are non-returnable.
